Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

How to Cancel To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@mindfulmomentsplanners.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.

Custom & Personalized Orders Custom and personalized planner orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as these items are made to order.

Subscription & Pre-orders If you have placed a pre-order or subscription order, you may cancel at any time before the order enters production. Contact us at info@mindfulmomentsplanners.com to cancel.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
