At Mindful Moments Planners, we want you to love your planner. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number.
Custom & Personalized Planners: All custom and personalized planner orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Exchanges & Store Credit: We happily offer exchanges and store credit within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to get started.
Refunds: Refunds are issued for damaged or defective items only. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll make it right promptly.
Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
